Programming Skills

My interest in programming started at university with Computer Sciences module. The programming language that we were taught in that module was PASCAL. I scored 93% marks in that module. I developed a number of small computer applications including a couple of games due to my own interest. I also developed a number of small computer applications for design of beams, columns and slabs. I remained involved with writing VBA codes and AutoIT code for different automation tasks as a member of Automation Team at my office.

During my MSc at University of Sheffield, Computational Structural Analysis became my favourite module due to my interest in programming and passion for structural analysis. Owing to my interest I choose my dissertation topic related to Finite Element Analysis. The project required quite a bit of programming using MatLAB. I really enjoyed working on my dissertation which involved developing a Finite Element Analysis application using MatLAB which was able to perform dynamic analysis and simulating material failure. I scored 77% marks for my dissertation.
